To have full access to the powers available in this new light body, we
have to undergo the ascension process first – in other words, the cells of our
body must hold at least 80 per cent of our possible light quotient. The
instant the amount of light held in our cells reaches this level, we have
ascended. For this to happen, our 12 chakras must spin at a faster frequency
and all be in perfect harmony and alignment.
